Organisational Structure
Elpida operates through a two-phase development model designed to support children across key developmental stages. The organisational structure reflects integrated services across education, nutrition, counselling and restoration, and sport development.
Vision
To empower children whose futures have been stolen by poverty, abuse, and hardship. Elpida envisions a place where dignity is restored and each child’s God-given identity is nurtured through the love of Christ.
We aim to equip children with educational and character-building tools so they can grow into strong, compassionate leaders, rebuilding what was broken in their lives and living out dreams that inspire others to hope again.
Mission
To bring hope and identity to a lost generation. To work in communities where children’s futures have been stolen, and to write on the tablets of their hearts that they are valued, loved, and chosen.
To empower the children of George to become trailblazers in their communities by harnessing their incredible strength and resilience: transforming not only their own lives, but the lives of those around them.
